They say every dog has his day. For Leroy, my standard poodle, that day had to be yesterday, the beginning of daylight savings time. It was his dream come true! Every meal (he eats breakfast, lunch and dinner) was delivered to him an hour early. To top it off, on his long walk he was able to scrounge up weasel leavings in the form of four month old dead fish skins. It was just another example of what I always tell him. There’s more that separates our two species than just opposable thumbs.
